At Crave , every dessert is freshly prepared with care. Because our products are perishable food items, we follow a special return and exchange policy to ensure both quality and customer satisfaction.
1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
Returns and exchanges are only accepted in cases where the product is damaged, incorrect, or does not meet the agreed specifications.
Products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with proof (photo or video).
Due to the nature of fresh desserts, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, taste preference, or delayed consumption.
2. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
In some cases, store credit may be issued for future purchases.
