At Crave , every dessert is freshly prepared with care. Because our products are perishable food items, we follow a special return and exchange policy to ensure both quality and customer satisfaction.

1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted in cases where the product is damaged, incorrect, or does not meet the agreed specifications.

  • Products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with proof (photo or video).

  • Due to the nature of fresh desserts, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, taste preference, or delayed consumption.

2. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • In some cases, store credit may be issued for future purchases.

3. Exchanges

  • If the product is eligible, we will prepare and deliver a replacement as soon as possible at no extra charge.
